On order to make the RMA process a easy as possible in the unlikely event of a product failure we need the following information from you:
-part number
-Invoice/delivery note number
-defect
Please mail this information to: rma@continetworks.com
You will be issued with an RMA number and thereafter you can send the product back to us, if possible in the original packaging. After we have inspected the product you will either be issued with a credit note or we supply a replacement part. It is imperative that the defect to the product has not been caused by any outside factors.
Do note: Ascertain if the product is indeed defective before applying for a rma.
Conti Standard warranties for Germany are two years and one year for consignments outside DE. If manufacturer warranties apply for a longer duration these will also be effective.
